BROODMARE / FOALING BARN

• Fully insulated 6 stall barn 

• 20 ft x 10 ft foaling stall with CCTV cameras to monitor foaling

• Oversized tongue and groove white ash stalls for mare and foal

• Automatic waterers

• Large windows in each stall

• Large, ¾” rubber matted stalls on limestone screening flooring to maximize your horse's comfort

• Safe “no climb” and four board fenced paddocks for mare and foal turnout 

 

 

 

TURNOUT

 

• 15 grass paddocks with oak board and electro-braid fencing

• Individual and small group (maximum 3 horses), all day turnout (weather permitting)

• Diligent pasture management and rotation practices maintain grass throughout the year

• Quality hay fed in paddocks during winter months
